About Us

For 18+ years we’ve helped multi-facility, service-oriented organizations activate employee culture.

Our Story

The OnSemble intranet portal provides a full communication platform that activates a company’s culture by keeping employees informed, aligned, engaged, and enabled. For nearly twenty years, OnSemble has delivered world-class intranet solutions to midsize consumer services organizations.

It started in 2003 at a business school competition at Purdue University. The founders had a simple idea: a secure collaboration portal that connected people, ideas, and projects throughout a company. That idea didn’t go unnoticed. Purdue Federal Credit Union not only wanted the product, but they also wanted to invest — to get this new company off the ground. And with that as seed capital, OnSemble was born.

Over time, OnSemble became business unit of Passageways, a SaaS provider of software that inspires and enables teams to do their best work. Throughout this journey, OnSemble has continued to bring culture to life, help people do their best work, and enable organizations to accomplish their goals.

In November 2021, Ncontracts, a leading provider of integrated risk management solutions for the financial services industry, acquired OnSemble intranet portal from Passageways, Inc.

With this acquisition Ncontracts will expand its comprehensive software platform that automates the development and updating of employee intranets for the financial services industry, which includes banks, credit unions, mortgage companies, and fintechs, to ensure that information needed for compliance and risk management can be rapidly shared and distributed across the organization.
